About Joyce Fay (Corrales, New Mexico Author)

Joyce Fay

Joyce Fay has been a professional photographer since 1970. She freelanced in New York City until her love of horses brought her west in 1982. She met her husband Eric Camron on the Navajo reservation in Arizona and they came to Corrales where they created a life together with horses and the 2 puppies he adopted and named Bro and Tracy. Since Eric’s passing a few years ago Fay continues to live in Corrales with 5 dogs of her own plus frequent fosters.

In 2000 Fay founded Bro & Tracy Animal Welfare, Inc, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, to help animals, especially Bro and Tracy type dogs. A portion of book sales goes to this endeavor.

She continues to photograph animals, those in need of loving homes and those who are already loved. She is available for speaking and interviews on how to photograph and train dogs, as well as travel, play, and generally have fun with them.
